Clyde was great. Super upfront about everything, walked me through what was going on, and how to resolve it. I had an issue with my fridge, and he walked me through cost vs options rather than just taking the pay day. I appreciate that honesty, and it’s something missed in many services these days. I would recommend working with him to anyone.

His response time for calling back and the service call was less than 24hours, which is amazing! Appreciate the curtesy text that they will be arriving during a certain time frame! Clyde showed up when he said he would and since we have hired different people for different work lately and they have been late or no-shows, I was more than happy. I was surprised that he had the problem fixed within 10 minutes! He even had the part and didn’t have to order it or go and get it like many others we’ve had come here in the past. Clyde called when on his way and showed up in a prompt time frame. He was very friendly and professional. He removed three items my kids had left in pockets that were causing an issue.
